Sunday Note: Gratitude

Psalm 100

A psalm. For giving grateful praise.

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.

Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Sometimes I wonder why we go into the presence of the Lord all moody, who goes to meet the president of the United States looking as if he is carrying all the weight of the world on his shoulders? But we go before the Mighty I AM looking all sad and…

Do you know a cheerful face and a heart full of thanks and praise is the ticket to enter into His presence? Check Psalm 100:4 if you didn’t know.

Today as we prepare to go into the presence of God, let us go with a grateful heart, even if you have 1000 reasons to be sad find just one, the most important thing and be grateful for that. Remember that without life you cannot even worry about your problems and so bless God for giving you life!

Do you know that to praise under pressure shows how strong and matured you are?

It confuses the enemy too, because his predictions do not work on you, things that should make you weak are making you stronger. It will drive him insane!

Begin to cause confusing in the enemies camp today by not letting circumstances around you define your mood, the joy in you should overflow from within into the things around you.

Learnt to praise even more under pressure!

Giving God thanks even before receiving what you desire is a spiritual catalyst for receiving greater things.

Enjoy today because God intentially placed you in it to add value to it.
